Closed side

Open to all students — full access to ICA's education, speaker events, and community, with a clear path to the closed side.

Application Process

Applications open in the spring

Apply

Start with a short form. We ask for a brief background and a resume — nothing more than that to get in the door.

First round

Invite only, and business casual. The interview is ten minutes and mainly conversational, so we can get a feel for how you think.

Second round

You will receive a take-home assignment, then present it and defend it in the room.
